Yes, meeting at the earlier time works for me, and I think starting with the outline will help everyone stay on track.

For the room setup, a smaller table is better since we need space to spread papers out and move around a bit.

If you are bringing the printed notes, I can bring the markers and the large pads we used last week.

About lunch, something simple is fine, especially if we are trying to keep the afternoon clear and steady.

I also think it would help if we send the agenda in one short message before the morning begins.

That way nobody has to search through older notes.

For the follow-up, I can put together the action list and send it after we wrap up.

If there is another topic you want added, send it over tonight and I will place it near the top.

Thanks for taking a moment to review this announcement.

That plan sounds good, and I would keep the schedule simple so nobody feels rushed at the start.

If you want, I can arrive a little early to help arrange the chairs and place the printed packets in order.

For the discussion points, I think the second topic should come first because it affects the rest of the decisions.

Also, the shorter checklist worked better than the longer version, since people actually used it during the session.

Regarding refreshments, tea and fruit should be enough, especially if we are keeping the meeting focused and brief.

I agree that we do not need a formal wrap-up, just a clear summary of who is handling what next.

Send me the revised list when you finish it, and I will read through it before the morning begins.

If something changes with timing, just let me know and I can adjust.
