Yes, that timing works well for me, and I think an earlier start would make the whole afternoon easier.
If we meet around ten, we can go over the list slowly and make sure nothing gets skipped.
I also checked with Mia, and she said she can join after lunch if we still need a second opinion on the layout.
I would bring the notepad from the last meeting because it has the measurements we wrote down beside the sketch.
For lunch, something simple would be fine, maybe soup and bread, so we do not have to interrupt the flow of the conversation.
If the weather turns gray, we can stay inside and sort the boxes first, then decide later about the garden work.
I agree that labeling everything immediately will save us from guessing later.
Also, please keep the extra tape near the door, because I spent ten minutes searching for it the last time and laughed at myself afterward.

Roadside help details for residents in participating local areas

You qualify for a AAA Courtesy Roadside Kit

Because of where you live, you have been included in a residency-based roadway support program for licensed drivers in your area. The courtesy kit is provided at no charge to eligible residents, and you will not be billed for the kit.

Review your courtesy kit

This notice is meant to make the process straightforward. The program assignment is based on geographic eligibility, and residents in participating zones may request a courtesy package intended to support routine roadside preparedness. The kit is covered by the program for residents in your area, so no payment is required for eligible recipients.

What the kit may include

Reflective safety vest

Battery jump leads

Emergency blanket

Tire pressure gauge

Rain poncho

Notepad and pencil

LED flashlight

First-aid basics pouch

Work gloves

Reflective warning triangles

Phone charging cable

Window breaker and belt cutter tool

Availability note: kit distribution is managed according to local program allocation, so confirmation timing may vary by residential area.

Thank you for taking a moment to review this resident notice from AAA.

I was thinking about your question on the meeting agenda, and I agree we should keep the opening shorter so everyone has a chance to speak before noon.
The first part could cover the schedule changes, and then we can move into the volunteer assignments without circling back three different times.
If Sam is bringing the printed maps, I can bring markers and the extra folder with the updated notes.
You asked whether the kitchen list still needs revision, and I think it does because the head count changed again late yesterday.
Please remind Lena that the blue tablecloths are in the second cabinet, not the storage bin downstairs where we looked before.
I also think a quick walk-through of the room would help because the last setup felt crowded by the windows.
When you reply, let me know if you want round tables or the longer folding tables, since I can sketch either version tonight.
