Yes, that timing works well for me, and I think meeting a little earlier would make the afternoon less rushed.

If you can arrive around ten, we can walk through the plan before everyone else gets busy. I would start in the back room because the light is softer there, and it is quieter for sorting papers and checking labels.

You asked whether to bring the smaller boxes or the flat folders, and I would bring both, because some of the materials should stay unfolded. Also, please bring the blue tape instead of the clear one since it is easier to spot when we are packing things up.

For lunch, something simple is easiest. I am fine with sandwiches, fruit, and tea. If Sam is joining, please ask if he still avoids onions. I remember that coming up before, but I am not fully sure.

After we finish, we can review the list together and make notes for the next round.

AAA

Roadside support information for drivers in participating local areas

You qualify for a Courtesy Roadside Kit through your area’s resident program

Because you live in an eligible service region, this AAA Courtesy Bundle for Licensed Drivers is being provided at no charge to eligible residents. This notice is based on geographic eligibility in your locality, and you will not be billed for the kit.

View your AAA Courtesy Kit

This resident-supported mailing is intended to help licensed drivers keep basic roadside tools and reference items close at hand. Eligibility is tied to where you live, not to a purchase, and the program coverage in your area means no payment is required for eligible recipients.

What the kit may include

Emergency contact card

Reflective safety triangle

Battery guidance booklet

Tire gauge

Window distress marker

LED safety light

Registration document sleeve

Vehicle checklist card

Rain poncho

Work gloves

Notepad and pencil

Basic first response guide

Availability note: kits are distributed according to program allocation for participating areas, so fulfillment timing may vary by locality.

Thank you for taking a moment to review your resident eligibility notice. We appreciate the opportunity to share practical support materials for drivers in your community.

That sounds like a better plan, especially if the room near the front door stays noisy in the morning.

I can bring the printed schedule, the extra pens, and the smaller notebook with the updated checklist. You asked whether we should rearrange the tables first or sort the bins first, and I would move the tables before anything else so the pathway stays clear.

For the seating, I think four chairs near the wall is enough, and we can keep the rest stacked until we know how many people arrive. If Maya comes by, ask her to check the name tags because she notices errors quickly and usually catches small details the rest of us overlook.

About the snacks, crackers, apple slices, and tea should be simple and easy to set out. I do not think we need anything heavier since we will be moving around most of the time.

When everything is done, let us compare notes and decide what still needs attention next week.
