Yes, Thursday works well for me, and I can be there a little before noon if that helps with setup.

If you are thinking about lunch afterward, I would rather keep it simple and somewhere quiet so we can continue talking without rushing.

For the notes you asked about, I would bring the printed draft, the marked calendar, and the short list of questions we still need to settle.

On the seating idea, I think placing Mira near the window makes sense since she said she prefers more light when reading over details.

Daniel can take the chair by the end of the table, and I can sit across so it is easier to pass materials around.

If the room is already booked, tell me which backup space you had in mind and I will adjust. Also, if the timing shifts by half an hour either way, that is still manageable for me.

Omaha Steaks

Hand-selected cuts, prepared with care

A gourmet sampler is available with this email

Omaha Steaks is making 500 gourmet boxes available. Recipients of this email may receive one sampler per household, provided at no charge, and the offer ends Tomorrow.

See what’s included

Participants may receive an Omaha Steaks gourmet sampler, and recipients will not be billed for the sampler under this program. Each box is normally priced over $600 and is allocated through a 500-box program tied to this email.

Every cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to lock in exceptional flavor. Quantities are determined by program allocation, with one sampler provided per household while this Tomorrow closing window remains in place.

Inside Your Box

4 Ribeyes

6 Top Sirloins

4 New York Strips

4 Filet Mignons

Availability is based on current program allocation and household eligibility.

Thanks for taking a moment to review this offer.

I looked over the weekend plan, and I think starting earlier on Saturday would make the rest of it much easier for everyone.

If we meet at nine, we have enough time to sort supplies, label the folders, and still pause before the visitor group arrives.

You asked whether we should divide the tasks evenly or pair people up. I would pair people, mainly because questions come up quickly and it helps when someone can answer right away.

Nina and Joel work well together, so I would keep them on the check-in list.

I can cover the table setup with Priya and then step over to help with signs if needed.

As for Sunday, I do not think we need a full meeting. A short call in the late morning should be enough to review what carried over, what is already finished, and what can wait until the next week.
