Lowe's

Yes, meeting near the west entrance works better for me because it keeps everyone from circling around trying to guess which side is quieter.

If you bring the printed notes, I can mark the changes as we talk and send you the cleaned list right after lunch.

Also, for the snack idea, I think the fruit plate is fine, but add something simple like crackers so people can grab a bite quickly between tasks.

I checked with Dana, and she prefers the shorter route through the park since the longer path gets crowded and breaks up the conversation.

For the room setup, keep the chairs in a half circle instead of rows because it makes planning easier and helps everyone speak up.

If Alex asks again about timing, tell him the first half should focus on open items and the second half can be for assigning who follows up.

That should keep things easier and avoid people talking over each other.

I agree that keeping it simple is the best call, especially if everyone is already juggling too many moving parts this week.

For the menu, I would skip anything messy and go with soup, bread, and a salad that can sit out a little without changing texture too much.

If you want to add dessert, choose something easy to portion so nobody has to stop and cut slices while everyone else is waiting.

About the seating, place the extra chairs near the window first because that corner fills up fast when people arrive in pairs.

I can bring the notepads, and I still think labels on the baskets would help since guests always ask where the serving pieces go afterward.

If Sam is joining, remind him to pack the extension cord because last time we spent too long rearranging the lamps just to get better light.

As for the playlist, softer instrumentals would fit better and leave enough space for people to talk without raising their voices.
