FedEx Support Resolution

I meant to answer sooner, but the afternoon got away from me and I only just sat down again.

I tried your suggestion this morning, and it actually helped more than I expected. The trick was keeping the plan simple instead of rewriting everything at once. Once I focused on the first few steps, the rest felt much less tangled.

I also took a short walk before getting back to it, which cleared my head in a way coffee never seems to do. I think I was mostly stuck because I kept circling the same idea instead of letting it rest for a minute.

If you have time later this week, send me your version and I can compare notes. I usually catch little gaps better when I read somebody else’s outline first. Either way, I feel much better about where this is heading now and I’m glad you nudged me to stop overthinking it.

FedEx Customer Support

Reliability matters. When we fall short, we work to address it directly.

I looked over the notes you sent and I think the main issue is that we’ve been treating every small decision like it needs a perfect answer immediately.

My best idea is to separate the easy pieces from the unclear ones and finish the obvious parts first. That usually creates enough momentum that the tricky section doesn’t seem so dramatic afterward.

Yesterday I reorganized my desk, moved a lamp, and opened the window for a while, and somehow that changed my mood more than I expected. It felt easier to concentrate once the room stopped competing for attention.

I can help tomorrow afternoon if you still want another opinion. I’m not promising brilliance, but I’m good at spotting the point where a plan starts drifting away from the original goal. If nothing else, we can talk it through for twenty minutes and get to a cleaner draft together.
