Harbor Freight

Hi, the short answer is yes, Tuesday still works for me.

If the plan is to meet earlier, I can shift things around and be there before noon without a problem.

You asked whether we should keep the agenda light, and I think that would help because the main goal seems to be getting everyone aligned on the schedule and the order of tasks.

As for lunch, I am good with anything simple, maybe sandwiches or soup, and I can also bring fruit if that helps.

Regarding the room setup, a round table would be better than rows because it makes it easier to talk through details without stopping every few minutes.

I would also print two copies of the notes since people always end up passing one around.

For the timing, maybe start with updates, then questions, and leave the last part open for next steps so it does not feel rushed.

Harbor Freight

Yes, I checked the list and Thursday is probably the easiest day for everyone.

You mentioned wanting a backup plan in case the first idea feels too crowded, and I agree that we should keep one ready so there is less confusion later.

For the materials, bring the printed draft, the notepad, and the blue folder because that has the older version we were comparing against.

If Alex asks about the timing again, I would tell him the first half should cover the big decisions and the rest can stay flexible depending on how many questions come up.

Also, I think it would be smart to keep the slides shorter and just hand out the details on paper since people tend to focus better that way.

About refreshments, tea would be better than soda because it is easier to keep on the side table and less distracting during discussion.
