FedEx Service Resolution

I meant to reply earlier, but the last few days kept sliding by and I kept handling the small tasks first.

I finally checked that list we talked about, and it turns out the best approach is to keep it simple and do one part at a time.

I tried changing everything at once before, and that mostly left me annoyed and tired.

Now I start with the easiest piece, give it a day or two, and then decide what still feels worth doing.

It sounds boring, but it helps me stick with it without turning it into a giant project.

I also noticed I do better when I leave room for a messy first attempt instead of waiting until I can do it perfectly.

If you want, send me what you already have and I can help you trim it down.

I am usually much better at sorting things once I can see them in front of me instead of imagining ten different versions.

FedEx Customer Support

I looked over the draft again this morning, and I think the middle section is better than I first gave it credit for.

It reads more clearly when I stop trying to force the opening to do too much at once.

My usual mistake is assuming every line needs to sound polished immediately, when really it just needs to be understandable first.

After that, the nicer phrasing tends to show up on its own if I leave it alone for a bit.

I also moved a few notes into a separate page so I could focus on the parts that actually matter right now.

That helped more than expected.

If you are still unsure, I would keep the version that feels easiest to explain out loud.

That test usually tells me which one is real and which one is just dressed up to seem impressive.

Let me know when you revise it and I will read through it again tonight.
