Yes, Thursday works well for me, and I think meeting around late morning would keep the conversation focused without crowding the afternoon.

I can bring the draft notes, but if you already updated the checklist, send that first so I do not repeat anything you have already changed. For the room setup, a small table is enough since there are just a few of us. If Marty joins, we should leave one extra chair because he usually arrives with a folder and spreads everything out a bit.

About the lunch question, I am fine with keeping it simple. Soup or sandwiches are both easy, and we do not need to organize anything elaborate. If Clara is still avoiding dairy, I can pick up something she can have without making a separate plan for everyone. Also, please remind Ben that we moved the start point from the side entrance to the main lobby. He tends to head to the wrong door when plans change at the last minute.

Recipients of this email may receive a gourmet steak sampler provided at no charge. Omaha Steaks has allocated 500 gourmet boxes for this program, one sampler per household, and this offer ends Tomorrow.

See what’s included

Each box in this allocation is normally priced over $600. If selected through this email program, you will not be billed for the sampler. Every cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to help preserve flavor and quality from packing through delivery.

Please note that quantities are determined by program allocation. This message applies to one sampler per household, and the current allocation closes Tomorrow.

Inside Your Box

6 Top Sirloins

4 Ribeyes

4 Filet Mignons

4 New York Strips

Thanks for taking a moment to review this offer.

I checked with Naomi about the garden plans, and she said Saturday morning is still the best window because the soil tends to stay cooler before noon.

If you are bringing containers, the medium pots should be enough for the herbs, and we can reuse the tray from last season for the smaller starts. I also remembered your question about labels. Plain wooden markers would be easier than the plastic ones because the ink stays readable longer outdoors.

For the back corner near the fence, shade-tolerant plants make more sense since that area barely gets steady light. Mara suggested moving the basil closer to the steps, and I think that is sensible because it is easier to water evenly there. If you want, I can stop by earlier and help sort the tools before everyone arrives. Just send me a quick note about whether you still have the folding table, since that would keep the seedlings off the ground and make things less awkward while we work.
