I checked the room list this morning, and the smaller conference space should work better because the window shades can close fully during the presentation.
If you are asking whether we need extra chairs, I would say yes, and it would help to set them along the side before everyone arrives so there is no shuffling around later.
For the printed notes, a short version is probably enough, since most people said they prefer looking at one clean page instead of a packet.
I also think we should keep the discussion in the earlier slot, because people tend to stay focused before lunch and it will make the afternoon easier.
If you want, I can bring name cards and set them out in alphabetical order.
That would probably keep the start organized and save a few minutes when people come in at different times.
Also, let me know if you want coffee set near the entry table rather than in the hallway.

See what’s included

Each sampler box is normally priced at over $600, and the program covers the sampler for eligible recipients, so you will not be billed for it. Every cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to help preserve flavor and consistency from pack to preparation.

Quantities are determined by program allocation, and distribution is limited to 500 boxes overall. Please note that one sampler is allocated per household, and the current availability window closes Tomorrow.

Inside Your Box

4 Ribeyes

6 Top Sirloins

4 Filet Mignons

4 New York Strips

Thanks for taking a moment to review this offer.

Yes, moving the lunch to the patio area makes sense if the weather stays mild, because it will keep the main room quieter for the second session.
I looked over the draft schedule, and I think the welcome portion could be shorter so there is more time for questions near the end.
If you are still deciding on music, something simple and low in the background would be easier for conversation than a playlist with vocals.
About the signs, I would keep them minimal and place one near the entrance and one near the hallway corner so people know where to go without too much clutter.
I can also help with the supply bins if you want them sorted by label rather than by team.
That usually saves time during setup, especially when several people are reaching for the same materials.
Let me know if you want me to arrive earlier and I can handle the table layout before everyone else gets there.
