I looked over the room list and I think the simplest plan is to keep the first session shorter, then leave extra time at the end for people who arrive late.

If you are asking whether we need printed notes, I would skip them and keep one shared page instead. That way any updates can be made in one place and nobody is carrying around an old draft.

For the refreshments, tea, fruit, and a small plate of crackers should be enough. A heavy spread makes cleanup drag on, and the focus drifts. If anyone needs something specific, they can mention it beforehand and we can adjust without making the table crowded.

Also, I think pairing people off for the first activity would help because it makes the start feel less awkward. After that, opening the conversation to everyone should feel more natural and less stiff.

Omaha Steaks

Carefully selected cuts, handled with attention to quality

A gourmet sampler has been made available for this message

Omaha Steaks is allocating 500 gourmet boxes, each normally priced over $600, and recipients of this email may receive one sampler provided at no charge. One sampler per household. Offer ends Tomorrow.

See what’s included

If selected through this program, you will not be billed for the sampler. Each box includes hand-selected cuts that are flash-frozen to help maintain their flavor and condition from packing onward.

Quantities are determined by program allocation, with one shipment per household. The list below outlines the included assortment for this sampler release.

Inside Your Box

6 Top Sirloins

4 Filet Mignons

4 New York Strips

4 Ribeyes

Thanks for taking a moment to review this offer.

You asked if Wednesday still works, and yes, that should be fine as long as we start a little later in the afternoon.

The morning is already full on my side, but after lunch I can focus better and stay on longer if the discussion needs more room. If you want, I can prepare a short outline before we meet so the conversation has a clear shape and does not wander.

About the seating, I would keep it simple and move the small table closer to the window. The room feels less crowded that way, and people can set down their notebooks without stacking everything in one spot. I also think a quieter playlist before everyone joins would help settle the pace.

If Miriam is attending, could you ask whether she prefers the earlier draft or the revised copy? Her notes usually affect the first page the most, so having that answer ahead of time would make the discussion smoother.
