Thanks for checking on the schedule. I went over the plan again and I think Tuesday still works better because the room will be quieter by midmorning.

If you want, I can bring the printed notes and set them near the window so everyone can look them over before we start. I also agree that keeping the group small will make it easier to actually finish the list instead of talking around it.

For lunch, something simple is probably best. Soup, sandwiches, and fruit would keep things easy without needing much setup. If Dana is joining, please let me know because I should add one more chair and make a little space at the end of the table.

Also, can you send me the revised outline when you have a second? I marked a few areas that need clarification, especially the part about timing, and I would rather settle it beforehand than spend the first twenty minutes rearranging everything.

Roadside support information for drivers in eligible resident areas

You qualify for a Courtesy Roadside Kit through your local eligibility area

Because you live in a participating resident region, this AAA courtesy bundle is provided at no charge to eligible residents. If you confirm your information, you will not be billed for the kit.

View your AAA courtesy kit

This notice is for licensed drivers residing in a supported service area. The program is location-based, which means eligibility is tied to where you live rather than to a recent purchase or add-on request. Once reviewed, the courtesy kit can help you keep practical items on hand for common roadside situations.

The kit contents may vary slightly by dispatch area, but each version is built around the same goal: being ready with clear, useful essentials. Program allocation is arranged by area, so availability may change as resident requests are processed.

What the courtesy kit may include

Reflective warning triangle

Battery jump leads

Safety poncho

Emergency note card and pencil

Compact flashlight

Tire pressure gauge

Folded roadside checklist

Work gloves

Window marker for assistance notes

LED safety light

Emergency contact card sleeve

Helpful guide for roadside preparation

Thank you for taking a moment to review this resident notice. We appreciate the opportunity to help drivers keep practical roadside support items available.

I looked at your notes about the garden plan, and I think starting with herbs near the back step makes the most sense.

You asked whether the larger pots would dry out too quickly, and I do not think they will if we add mulch at the top and move them slightly away from the railing. Basil, parsley, and thyme should still do well there, especially with the morning light. As for the tomatoes, I would wait another week before moving them outside overnight because the temperature keeps dipping after sunset.

If you have time this weekend, I can stop by and help label the seed trays so we do not mix up the peppers and marigolds again. Also, keep the old watering can for seedlings; the lighter stream is much better for delicate sprouts.

Let me know if Saturday afternoon sounds right, and I will bring the extra twine and those plant markers I mentioned before.
