Harbor Freight

Yes, Thursday still works for me, and I think meeting near the park entrance makes the most sense.

If the weather looks windy, we can switch to the covered tables without changing the time.

I checked with Dana, and she said bringing the blue notebook would help because it has the last draft and the written changes.

For lunch, I would keep it simple and pick up sandwiches on the way rather than trying to coordinate a larger meal.

No, you do not need to print anything unless you want a copy for notes, because I can bring the marked pages.

Also, Sam asked whether we should review the timeline first or the room layout first, and I think the timeline should come first.

That way everyone understands the plan before we get into smaller choices.

If you want, send me the last checklist tonight and I will clean it up before morning.

Harbor Freight

I looked over the notes from Tuesday, and I think your idea about starting earlier is the better option.

If we begin at nine instead of ten, we will have enough time to walk through each section without rushing the last part.

You asked whether the smaller room would feel too cramped, and I do not think so if we keep the tables along the wall.

Morgan can bring the stack of folders, and I can handle the name cards and extra pens.

For the snack question, fruit and tea seem easiest since they do not need much setup and cleanup stays simple.

I would skip the speaker this time because voices carry well in that room.

Also, please send me the updated list when you can, because I want to compare it to the version from Monday before I finalize anything.

If another idea comes up tonight, send it over.
