Harbor Freight

You asked whether Saturday still works, and yes, that timing is fine for me.

If we meet a little earlier, we can finish the setup without rushing and still have time to go over the list together.

I already checked the room layout, and the long table fits better near the window because there is more space to move around.

If you are bringing the printed notes, I can handle the name cards and the folders.

I also think we should keep the snacks simple, maybe fruit, crackers, and iced tea, because that is easier for everyone.

For the agenda, start with the quick updates first, then give the group ten minutes to ask follow-up questions.

That usually keeps the conversation focused.

Also, if Dana arrives late, we can shift her item to the second half so nobody has to repeat anything again.

Let me know if you want me to call Alex before noon, since he tends to miss messages when the day gets busy.

Harbor Freight shopper update

You asked if I could help sort out the schedule for next week, and I can.

The main thing is to move Tuesday's discussion to the afternoon because several people already have morning conflicts.

If that changes, I can still adjust, but afternoon seems easier for the group overall.

For the handouts, keep them short and put the key details on the first page so nobody has to search through extra notes.

I would also leave a few minutes between topics because the last meeting felt too packed.

As for lunch, we do not need anything elaborate; simple wraps and sparkling water should be more than enough.

I can bring extra pens and a small notepad stack in case the supply cabinet is low again.

Also, thanks for checking on the seating plan.

A half circle arrangement usually works better than rows when people need to talk through ideas.

If you send me the revised outline tonight, I can review it first thing in the morning.
