Harbor Freight

Yes, Tuesday still works for me, and I think the later start is better because it gives everyone time to settle in.

If you want, I can bring the notes from last time and keep the checklist simple so we do not lose track of the small tasks.

For the snacks, fruit is probably easiest, and I can also pick up napkins and plates if you already have the tea.

As for the room setup, a circle of chairs makes more sense than rows since we want the discussion to feel relaxed.

I would keep the agenda short: quick introductions, then the ideas for the weekend, then the signup sheet.

If Maya is joining, ask her to bring the printed map because she explains directions more clearly than I do.

The only thing I am unsure about is whether we should move the start time by fifteen minutes if Alex has class that afternoon.

Let me know what you decide, and I can adjust my part.

Selection details shown above are linked to your shopper reference.

I would go with the botanical garden first, mainly because the weather should be cooler in the morning and the shaded paths are easier then.

After that, lunch near the lake sounds better than downtown since parking is simpler and we can keep everyone together.

For the playlist, soft background music is enough; we do not need anything loud if the point is to make conversation easy.

If you are asking about timing, I think thirty minutes per stop is realistic, but I would leave a little extra room for people who like to browse slowly.

Jordan can handle the name tags because he prints them neatly, and I can take care of the table cards and the markers.

About the backup plan, the covered patio should work fine if there is wind, and we can move the games inside without rewriting everything.

Also, thanks for checking on the shoes question; comfortable ones are definitely better because there will be more walking than usual.

Send me the final list when you can, and I will organize mine to match.
