Yes, Saturday still works for me, and starting earlier would help keep everything relaxed.

If you are bringing the recipe cards, I can sort them by course before everyone arrives.

Also, for the seating plan, I think four people at the window table is better because it gets less crowded there.

If Mia is joining, ask whether she prefers tea or sparkling water so we can set that out first.

For the music, keep it soft at the beginning and then switch to the livelier playlist after lunch.

I can handle the fruit tray, the extra plates, and the little handwritten place cards.

No need to add anything formal to the plan, because everyone already knows one another well.

If the weather turns breezy, we can move the cushions indoors and keep the door cracked for fresh air.

That should cover most of it, but send me your final timing once you confirm who is arriving first.

I think Tuesday is better because Monday always ends up feeling rushed, and we would have more time to talk things through calmly.

If your main question is about what to bring, I would keep it simple with notebooks, the printed agenda, and a few colored markers.

Daniel asked whether we need name tags, and I do not think they are necessary unless a few new people confirm at the last minute.

For food, lighter options make more sense, especially if the discussion carries into the afternoon.

You mentioned the layout of the room, and I agree that a wide circle works better than rows because it keeps everyone involved.

Lena can greet people near the front while I help set out materials near the side table.

If timing shifts by fifteen minutes either way, that should still be fine for me.

Just send over the final count once you have it so I can adjust the plan and keep things smooth for everyone attending.
