Harbor Freight

Yes, Thursday works better for me because it gives enough time to finish the notes from Tuesday and still keep Friday open for cleanup tasks.

If you want, I can bring the printed checklist and mark the final edits while we talk so nothing gets missed.

For the room setup, a smaller table is fine since there will only be a few of us, and I think sitting near the window is easier because the light is better in the afternoon.

Also, I checked with Dana, and she said she can join for the first half hour but needs to leave before lunch.

That should still be enough time to go through the outline, confirm the order, and note anything that needs another pass.

I agree about keeping it simple with snacks, maybe fruit, crackers, and tea, since that is easier for everyone.

If the agenda changes, send me the updated version and I will adjust my prep tonight.

I can handle the morning portion if that makes things easier, especially since the checklist is already grouped by topic and does not need much rearranging.

You asked whether we should split the tasks, and I think that makes sense because it keeps each part shorter and easier to review.

Robin said the second draft was clearer once the duplicate items were removed, so I would keep that newer version as the working copy.

For timing, early afternoon might be best, since everyone seems less rushed then and we can still leave space for follow-up notes.

If you send over the final names tonight, I will put them into the sheet and label the columns before breakfast.

I also think your idea about using the side entrance is smart because it is quieter and easier to find.

Let me know if you want me to prepare the brief recap too, and I can keep it to a few clean bullet points.
