Yes, that schedule still works for me, and I think the easiest plan is to meet a little earlier so we have time to sort the details without rushing.

If you are bringing the notes from last week, I can organize them by topic and send back a shorter version after we talk. I also checked with Sam, and he said he can join for the first half if we start before noon. That should help with the equipment questions because he remembers which parts were moved and which ones stayed in storage.

For lunch, I would keep it simple and just pick one place nearby so no one has to circle around looking for parking. If the weather stays mild, we can walk over instead of driving. Also, please remind Nina that the blue folder is the current one. The green folder has older drafts, and I do not want anyone using the mixed pages by mistake.

If anything shifts, send me a quick note in the morning.

Reflective safety vest

Battery assistance guidelines card

Emergency contact card sleeve

Tire pressure reference chart

Window warning marker

Compact flashlight

Roadside checklist insert

Pair of safety gloves

Fabric storage case

Program allocation is distributed by area, so fulfillment timing may vary by local inventory and participation levels. Reviewing the details helps confirm whether your residence remains within the current service group.

Thank you for taking a moment to review your local program details and residency eligibility.

That should be fine, and I can help sort out the weekend plan if you want to keep everyone on the same page.

I think a short visit on Saturday works better than Sunday because the park is usually quieter earlier in the weekend. If you bring the folding chairs, I can bring the basket with plates and a tablecloth so we do not have to depend on the benches. Also, Eli said he can stop by after soccer, though he may be a little dusty and hungry, so I would expect him near midafternoon rather than right at the start.

About the playlist, I would avoid making it too long. A smaller set is easier to manage, and people always end up talking anyway. If Mia is still deciding on dessert, tell her a simple fruit tart would fit nicely with the sandwiches and salad. I can also bring extra napkins and a sweater in case the wind picks up once the sun drops lower.

Send me the final headcount when you know.
