Yes, that works well for Saturday, and starting earlier would make the whole day feel less rushed.

I think meeting around nine gives us enough time to talk through the plan before everyone else arrives.

If you are bringing the folding chairs, I can bring the long table and the paper notes we talked about.

Also, I checked the weather, and it looks mild in the morning, so we should set up outside first and move things in later if needed.

For the snacks, simple items are probably better since people tend to arrive at different times and pick at things slowly.

I can handle fruit, bread, and something warm in a container.

If Mara is still coming, ask whether she wants to bring the extra mugs because we ended up short last time.

About the schedule, I would keep the afternoon pretty open so conversation can happen naturally.

That way nobody feels pulled from one thing to another, and it stays comfortable for everyone.

AAA

Roadside support information for eligible local drivers

You may qualify for a courtesy roadside kit through your residential area

AAA roadside assistance is helping distribute a Premier Roadside Support courtesy bundle to licensed drivers in selected residential areas. Because of where you live, your household may be included in this local eligibility group, and the kit is provided at no charge to eligible residents.

View your AAA roadside kit

This notice relates to regional eligibility. Residents in participating locations may request a roadside support kit as part of an area-backed outreach program for drivers. If your location qualifies, you will not be billed for the kit.

The package is designed for practical use on the road and for overnight vehicle readiness. Contents may vary slightly by local allocation, though the standard bundle typically includes the items below.

Typical kit contents

Reflective warning triangle

Emergency flashlight

Battery jumper cables

Work gloves

Tire pressure gauge

Rain poncho

Foil emergency blanket

Hands-free safety vest

Window/belt safety tool

Notepad and driver info card

Bottled light set

First-aid essentials pouch

Availability note: distribution is based on local program allocation, so kit timing and component selection may differ slightly by resident area.

Thank you for taking a moment to review your local program notice.

I would keep the outline pretty simple and let each person choose the part they want to handle first.

Since everyone already knows the topic, a long introduction probably is not needed, and we can move directly into the discussion list.

You asked whether it makes sense to print the agenda, and I think one shared copy on the table is enough if the main questions are short and clear.

For the room setup, leave space near the window because people always end up standing there during breaks.

It might also help to write names on small cards, not for formality, just to keep things easy for the newer group members.

If Theo is joining later, tell him not to worry about missing the first part because the planning bits can be repeated in a few minutes.

I can also stay afterward to help sort the papers and stack the chairs.

One more thing, if we serve tea, bring the larger kettle because the smaller one takes far too long when several people arrive together.
