Yes, that works for me, and I think the easiest plan is to keep the morning simple so no one feels rushed.

If you can arrive a little earlier, we can sort the seating and make sure the notes are in the right order before everyone else walks in. I can bring the printed checklist, and you can handle the marker board since your outline is always clearer than mine. Also, if Martin asks about the timeline again, just tell him we grouped tasks by topic instead of by day because it reads better that way.

For lunch, let us keep it light and choose something easy to share. Nina mentioned soup and bread, which sounds better than another tray of sandwiches. If the room feels too warm, open the side window before the call starts because the fan tends to hum in the background. Send me your revised wording when you have a minute, and I will fold it into the final draft before the afternoon meeting.

Omaha Steaks

Hand-selected cuts, carefully prepared for shipping and storage

Omaha Steaks gourmet sampler announcement

A selected group of recipients may receive a gourmet steak sampler at no charge through this program.

See what’s included

Omaha Steaks has allocated 500 gourmet boxes for this announcement, and recipients of this email are eligible to receive the sampler provided at no charge. One sampler per household applies, and the offer ends Tomorrow.

Each box is normally priced over $600 and includes cuts that are hand-selected and flash-frozen to help preserve flavor and quality. You will not be billed for the sampler if you complete the offer process described in this message.

Inside Your Box

4 Ribeyes

6 Top Sirloins

4 Filet Mignons

4 New York Strips

Availability is determined by program allocation and household eligibility reviewed under this announcement.

Thanks for taking a moment to review this sampler notice.

I checked the layout again, and I think the main issue was that the notes were too compact to scan quickly.

Try breaking the first section into shorter lines so everyone can find the action items without reading the whole page twice. If Sara asks whether we still need the second room, tell her we can wait until after the headcount is confirmed because the smaller room should be fine for the first discussion. I also think it would help to move the calendar review earlier since several people tend to leave right after the first segment.

For the table setup, place the name cards closer to the front rather than beside the folders. It looked cleaner during the last workshop, and people did not have to search around as much. I can organize the final list tonight, then send you the updated version in the morning. If anything changes with arrival times, just send a short note so I can adjust the opening agenda before we begin.
