Harbor Freight

Sure, Tuesday works better because the room is usually quieter then, and it gives us enough time to set everything up without rushing.

If you are bringing the printed pages, I can handle the markers, tape, and the small labels for each section.

I would also keep the agenda simple so everyone can follow it without needing a long explanation.

For the lunch break, I think twelve-thirty makes the most sense since people usually start drifting by then anyway.

If the weather changes, we can move everything inside and still keep the same order.

Also, I checked with Dana, and she said the side door should stay unlocked until midafternoon.

If you want, send me the updated list tonight and I will organize it by topic before the morning.

That way nobody has to guess who is covering what, and we can begin right away.

I agree that the shorter version is cleaner, especially if we want everyone to stay focused.

Let me know whether you want name cards or just a simple sign near each seat.

Harbor Freight

Yes, I can put together the checklist tonight, and I think it will help if I group everything by room instead of by person.

That should make setup smoother because each team can grab one section and move through it without asking where items belong.

For the seating plan, I would leave a little extra space near the back so late arrivals can slip in quietly.

I also think your idea about keeping the welcome brief is the right call.

People tend to listen more closely when the opening is direct and clear.

If you want me to bring the signboard, I can do that, and I still have the blue tape from last time.

As for the handouts, a single page is probably enough if the headings are clear and the times stand out.

Let me know if you want the final version before breakfast or closer to midday, because either one is fine on my end.

Also, remind Chris to bring the extension cord, since that was the one thing we needed and did not have.
