Harbor Freight

Yes, Saturday still works for me, and the earlier start would probably make the rest of the day easier.

If we meet around nine, we can finish before the crowd picks up and still have time to stop for coffee after.

I checked the notes you sent, and the blue folder should have the updated list, not the green one.

Also, if Jenna is joining, tell her to bring the printed pages because the copier on the second floor was acting odd all week.

For lunch, I am fine with anything simple, maybe soup and sandwiches, unless you want to try that corner café again.

As for the room setup, two long tables should be enough, and I think keeping the chairs in a half circle will make the discussion smoother.

One more thing, if Tom asks about the timeline, let him know we can review it together once everyone arrives.

Continue to Questions

This notice is intended for Harbor Freight shoppers with a current participation invitation.

I looked over the schedule again, and I think moving the planning call to Tuesday makes more sense for everyone.

That gives us enough time to gather the notes from Monday and sort out the questions before anyone feels rushed.

If you are handling refreshments, stick with tea, fruit, and something baked that is easy to portion.

You asked whether the back room has enough space, and it should, as long as we keep the extra chairs folded until we know the final headcount.

About the handouts, three pages feels right because anything longer usually gets skimmed instead of read carefully.

Marta said she can help greet people at the door, but she needs to leave a little early, so we should ask Daniel to cover the last half hour.

Also, please send me the revised outline when you can, and I will check it before the meeting starts.
