FedEx Delivery Status Update

I meant to reply sooner, but the week got fuller than I expected and I kept answering things in my head instead of actually sending them.

I do think the early plan still makes sense, especially if everyone keeps it simple and we avoid adding too many last minute ideas.

From my side, the easiest way is to choose one starting point and adjust after we see how it feels in real life.

I usually overprepare for things like this, then realize the relaxed version works better anyway.

If the weather cooperates, I would rather spend more time outside and keep the indoor part brief.

Also, bringing fewer things always turns out to be the right move because there is less to pack up later.

Let me know what you decide, and I can adapt without much trouble. I am genuinely fine either way as long as we settle on one direction and stop revisiting every tiny detail.

I think the reason it worked last time was that nobody tried to force a perfect schedule and we just gave ourselves room to figure it out as we went.

That usually helps more than making a detailed plan that looks good upfront but becomes annoying halfway through the day.

If you want my honest opinion, I would keep the food easy, skip anything overly ambitious, and leave extra time for talking because that is usually the best part anyway.

I can help with setup if needed, though I will probably arrive a little early because I hate feeling rushed once other people show up.

Either way, I am not picky about the format and I do not need everything nailed down today.

Just send the final version when you are ready and I will work around it. I appreciate being included, and I am happier when the whole thing feels relaxed instead of turning into a complicated production.
