Thanks for checking on the weekend schedule.

I can cover the early part of Saturday if that still helps, and I am fine with meeting near the library instead of the café because it will be quieter.

For lunch, sandwiches and fruit sound easiest, especially if everybody is coming and going at different times.

Yes, I still have the extra folding chairs, though one leg is a little uneven, so I will bring the small felt pads too.

If you are making the notes packet, can you print one extra copy for me since my printer keeps leaving streaks on the page.

Also, regarding the plant shelf, I measured the wall and we should keep it shorter than we first thought so it does not block the lamp.

If rain starts, moving everything to the back room should work fine, and I can arrive fifteen minutes earlier to help shift the boxes and set out name tags.

Let me know if you want me to handle tea or sparkling water.

Roadside support information for drivers in participating communities

You qualify for a courtesy roadside kit through your local resident program

Because of where you live, your area has been included in a community-backed AAA Courtesy Bundle for licensed drivers. Eligible residents may review their kit details now, and the kit is provided at no charge to eligible residents. No payment is required for eligible recipients.

Review your courtesy kit

This notification is intended for residents in selected service areas. The program is organized by geographic eligibility, so your roadside support kit is being made available due to residency in an included locality. If you complete the requested details, you will not be billed for the kit.

What your roadside kit may include

Reflective warning triangle

Emergency flashlight

Battery assistance guide card

Pair of work gloves

Visibility vest

Tire pressure gauge

Phone charging cable set

Small first-aid pouch

Window marker

Multi-use poncho

Roadside checklist sheet

Compact storage case

Availability is based on program allocation for participating areas, so confirmation is recommended while current local inventory remains assigned to your region.

We appreciate your time in reviewing the resident eligibility notice and roadside support information.

Yes, Tuesday afternoon works better for me, mostly because the room is quieter after three and we can actually hear each other without repeating every point.

I looked over the draft agenda and the second section feels a little too crowded, so I would move the discussion about seating until the end and start with the volunteer list instead.

For the signage, blue paper would be easier to read from the hallway than yellow, especially near the entrance where the lighting is dim.

I can also bring two clipboards and the thicker pens you liked before, since the thin ones kept skipping during check-in.

If Martin is bringing snacks, then I can handle the plates and napkins, and I will fold the extra handouts tonight so the main table stays neat.

About the garden plan, I still think the herbs should stay near the south window because basil looked better there the last time.

Send me the final headcount when you have it, and I will adjust the chairs before everyone arrives.
