Hi, circling back on the weekend plan, Sunday works better on my side because I need Saturday morning to finish a few things at home.

If you are still thinking about the garden visit, I would bring the smaller shears and the gloves with the rubber grip. Those were better for the rose bed last time. Also, if the weather looks cooler, maybe we start later in the day so the shade reaches the back path.

For lunch, soup and bread sounds easiest, and I can put together a salad if you want something fresh with it. I would skip anything too complicated since we probably want to keep moving once we get started.

Let me know if Maya is joining, because I can bring an extra folding chair and the big thermos for tea. If plans shift, Tuesday evening is also open for me.

Driver support information for eligible local residents

You qualify for a AAA Courtesy Roadside Kit

Based on your place of residence, you may receive this roadside support kit through an area-backed resident program. The kit is provided at no charge to eligible residents, and you will not be billed for the kit.

Review your courtesy kit

This notice is intended for licensed drivers in participating residential areas. If your locality is included in the current outreach segment, the courtesy bundle may be assigned to your household because of where you live, not because of a purchase or enrollment.

The package is designed for everyday vehicle readiness and includes practical items commonly kept on hand for minor roadside situations. Program allocation is set by region, so availability may vary as local inventory is matched to residents.

What the kit may include

Battery jump leads

Reflective warning triangles

LED hand torch

Tire pressure gauge

Work gloves

Dust poncho

Signal whistle

Window breaker and belt cutter tool

First-aid basics pouch

Notepad with driver information card

Heavy-duty carry case

Emergency contact checklist

Availability note: kit distribution is based on current program allocation for residents in your area. A brief review of eligibility and mailing details may be requested before fulfillment.

Thank you for taking a moment to review this resident notice from AAA roadside assistance.

Yes, I checked the schedule again and Thursday afternoon still makes the most sense for the team session.

If you want, I can start with the outline and send over the first three points before lunch so everyone has a chance to add notes. I think the opening should be shorter this time, then we can leave more room for questions and practical steps.

About the food, I would keep it very simple. Something easy to share works better than several separate dishes. Maybe fruit, crackers, and the baked pasta you mentioned. That way we do not need to juggle serving things while people are arriving.

Please also tell me whether the printer in the back room is working again. If it is still giving skewed pages, I can bring copies from home instead. And if Dana cannot make it, I can cover her part of the discussion without any trouble.
