Yes, Wednesday still works on my side, and I think an earlier start would make the whole plan easier.

If you can get there around nine, I can handle the first part while you set up the notes and check the room list.

For lunch, let us keep it simple and bring something we can share without much prep. I can make the grain salad with herbs, and you could add the roasted vegetables if that still sounds good.

About the question on seating, I would group people by project instead of by team because it makes conversation smoother and people rarely stay in assigned places anyway.

Also, if Mara joins later, tell her not to worry about printed copies. I already have the folders and can write quick labels by hand.

For the evening, I am fine with a short walk after we finish, unless the weather turns cold again. Just send me a note in the morning so I know whether to pack the larger tote.

Roadside support information for qualified local drivers

You qualify for an AAA Courtesy Roadside Kit

Because you live in an eligible service area, this roadside support kit is being provided at no charge to eligible residents. This local allocation is tied to residency-based program availability for licensed drivers in your region.

View your roadside kit

The purpose of this notice is to help eligible residents review what is included and confirm whether they would like to receive the courtesy bundle associated with their local area. You will not be billed for the kit if your residency and driver status meet the program guidelines.

Each bundle is intended to support routine roadside readiness. Contents can vary slightly by allocation group, though the kit categories below reflect the standard set most residents receive.

Typical courtesy kit contents

Reflective warning triangle

Emergency contact card

LED safety flashlight

Window emergency tool

Battery jumper cable set

Protective work gloves

High-visibility safety vest

Poncho for roadside weather coverage

Tire pressure gauge

Basic first-aid packet

Roadside note guide

Reusable zip storage pouch

Availability note: distribution is based on program allocation for participating areas, so confirmation timing may vary as local inventory is assigned.

Thank you for taking a moment to review your local eligibility information.

I checked the list you sent, and I think the afternoon plan should stay mostly the same, with one small change.

If we move the discussion part before the break, people will probably stay focused longer, and we can use the later time for smaller questions that always take longer than expected.

For the meal, soup still sounds right since everyone liked it last time. I can bring bread and cut fruit, and you can decide whether to add tea or sparkling water depending on what is easier to carry.

You asked about the handouts, and I would keep them short, maybe one page each, because anything longer tends to sit unopened on the table.

As for Sunday, I am still open if you want to look at the garden beds. The shade map you mentioned would help, especially near the fence where the light changes quickly. Send me the final timing when you can, and I will plan around it.
