CVS ExtraCare Reminder

I looked over the notes this morning and I think the easiest approach is to keep it simple and stop trying to do everything at once.
When I spread tasks out across the week, I usually end up finishing more, mostly because I am not getting pulled in ten directions by my own list.
I also realized I work better if I decide the next step the night before, even if it is only one small thing. That way I can start without wasting time deciding where to begin.
Yesterday I took a short walk in the afternoon and it helped more than I expected. I came back feeling less scattered and did the rest without much struggle.
If you want, I can send over the outline I made because it is plain but practical, and I think it would help you get moving without overcomplicating it.

Expiration deadline: Today

Points associated with 2025 activity may be lost after tomorrow.

I ended up taking a different approach and it was much better than trying to force the original plan to work.
Once I cleared a little space and stopped switching between things, I could actually tell what needed attention and what could wait until later.
I have been trying to be more realistic about energy this week, which means I start with the task I have been avoiding for no real reason and then let myself move to easier work after that.
It is surprising how much lighter everything feels once the first tough thing is handled.
I also noticed I remember details better when I write them down in plain language instead of making some elaborate system that I probably will not keep up with.
If you want, I can help sort through your list tomorrow and make it feel manageable, because I think you are closer to getting it settled than it probably seems right now.
