CVS ExtraCare Reminder

I looked over the notes this morning, and I think the simplest plan still makes the most sense.
We do not need to turn it into a huge project when a quick check and a short follow-up would solve most of it.
I can handle my part this afternoon, and if you want, I can send a cleaner summary tonight so everything is in one place.
I was a little behind yesterday because I had to pause and redo the timeline, but now it feels much clearer.
My only suggestion is to keep the list short and practical.
Once there are too many extra steps, everyone starts guessing, and that usually slows things down more than the task itself.
I also think it helps if we decide who is doing the final review before anything gets shared.
That avoids the back and forth where small details keep changing for no reason.
If that sounds fine to you, I will move ahead and keep it simple.

Review & Redeem

This notice is provided as a service update for eligible recipients regarding ExtraCare activity.

I was thinking about what you asked, and I do agree that the second option feels easier to keep up with over time.
It is not as flashy, but it seems more practical, and I would rather choose something we can actually stick to for more than a week.
I tested a rough version this morning and it took less time than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
I still want to adjust a couple of details, mainly the order and the way the steps are grouped, because the flow felt slightly awkward at first.
Other than that, it seems solid.
If you are around later, I can walk you through what I changed and where I think it became simpler.
I am not attached to every tiny piece of it, so if you think something reads strangely or feels unnecessary, say it directly.
That kind of feedback is the most useful right now.
I would rather tidy it once than keep circling back to the same small issue tomorrow.
