Walmart Points Expiration

Yeah I finally tried that sourdough starter recipe you sent me and it actually worked out pretty well. The first couple of days I was not sure because it did not look like much was happening but by day four it was bubbling nicely. I baked my first loaf last weekend and it came out a bit dense but the flavor was great. I think I need to work on my shaping technique and maybe let it proof a little longer next time. The crust was nice and crunchy though so that was a win. Let me know if you want me to save you a slice next time I bake. I am thinking of trying a whole wheat version this weekend to see how it compares. I have been watching a bunch of videos online to pick up tips. There is this one baker who does these really detailed tutorials and he makes it look so easy. Honestly it has been really relaxing to have a little project going in the kitchen. I find myself looking forward to the feeding schedule each day.

I finally watched that documentary you recommended and wow it was really eye opening. I went in not knowing much about the subject but by the end I was completely hooked. The way they wove together the different storylines was really well done and the cinematography was gorgeous. Some of the interviews were incredibly moving. I have already started reading more about the topic and I found a couple of books that go even deeper into it. Thanks again for the recommendation I probably would not have found it on my own. Have you seen any other good documentaries lately I am looking for something new to watch this week. I am also thinking of starting that series you mentioned but I want to finish a couple of other shows first. There is just never enough time for all the good content out there. Let me know what you have been watching recently. I am always looking for new recommendations.
