Harbor Freight

Actually, for the weekend plans, I think starting at 2 PM gives us enough time to get everything set up before everyone arrives. We have the grill ready to go and plenty of charcoal. Sarah is bringing her coleslaw and that lemonade recipe that was such a hit last time. If you could bring extra folding chairs that would be perfect since we only have six and there will be about twelve of us. The park shelter we reserved has plenty of tables so seating for meals won't be an issue. I also grabbed some firewood in case it gets cooler later in the evening. Let me know if anyone has specific dietary needs so I can plan the main dishes accordingly.

We have cornhole and a few board games if people feel like playing, and there is a nice walking trail near the shelter that takes about twenty minutes to loop around. I will bring some extra blankets too. Just let me know if you need directions or if there is anything else we should bring. I think keeping it simple and relaxed is the best approach so everyone can just enjoy the time together.

Regarding the project timeline we went over last week, I reviewed the milestones again and I think we can comfortably hit the mid-month target if we lock down the design phase by Thursday. Rachel has started the preliminary sketches and they are looking solid. For the next phase we need to coordinate with the production team to confirm material availability. I suggest we do a brief check-in every other day instead of weekly to keep things moving without losing momentum. One thing I wanted to ask is whether we should bring in an extra person for the finishing work since that part of the process tends to slow us down.

I reserved the conference room for Tuesday and Thursday afternoons for the next two weeks so we have a consistent place to meet. Having a dedicated space should help everyone stay focused. If those times do not work for your group let me know and we can find alternatives. The main priority is keeping communication steady so we catch any issues early rather than waiting until the end of the week. Let me know your thoughts on the scheduling and the extra resource question when you get a chance.
