Harbor Freight

Yes, Tuesday still works better for me because the room near the window is quieter and it gives us enough space to spread everything out.
I can bring the notepad, the printed checklist, and the extra pens so nobody has to search around at the last minute.
If you want, send me the final topic list before lunch and I will put it in a clear order that is easier to follow.
I would start with the smaller tasks first, then pause for ten minutes, then move into the bigger decisions once everyone has settled in.
Also, the blue mugs are in the cabinet above the sink, not the lower shelf, so that should save a little time.
No issue on the snack idea either, and I agree the fruit tray is simpler than trying to plan something complicated.
Let me know whether Maya is joining at the start or just for the middle section so I can adjust the notes.

Review My Entry

Harbor Freight shopper update for the tool set selection process.

I checked the cabinet this morning and found the folder you asked about tucked behind the larger binder, so it was there the entire time.
For the afternoon plan, I think it makes more sense to meet after the editing pass rather than before, because otherwise we will just repeat the same points twice.
You asked if the notes should stay detailed, and yes, I would keep the main action items short but leave the secondary reminders beneath each one.
That way nobody has to guess what comes next when they pick it up later.
I also agree the green layout is easier on the eyes than the high-contrast one, especially if we are reading it during a long session.
If Noah brings the larger board, we can place it near the door and keep the smaller materials on the round table.
I am fine handling the first section if you want to wrap up the closing summary and the list of follow-up items.
