I meant to reply earlier, but the afternoon went sideways and I only just sat down. I checked the notes from yesterday and I still think the simpler plan makes the most sense.
If the goal is to keep things easy to follow, I would avoid adding extra steps right now. We can always adjust once we see how it works in practice.
I also remembered your question about timing. From what I have seen, it is better to start a little earlier and leave room for changes than to squeeze everything into one rushed evening.
I am around tomorrow for part of the day, so send over whatever version you have and I will look it over. Even if it is rough, that is fine. It is usually easier to react to something concrete than to keep going back and forth in circles.

I was wondering the same thing. If they will be back in the office on the 25th I will see them then. I can see the rest of them next week when I make it back there.

I looked at the list you sent and honestly it feels more manageable now than it did at first glance. A few items are still a little unclear, but I think that will sort itself out once we decide on the order.
I would probably begin with the part that has the fewest moving pieces, just to build momentum. That usually helps me stop overthinking and start making useful progress.
As for the rest, I agree that it does not need to be perfect on the first try. We can test a simple version, see what feels awkward, and clean it up afterward. That approach tends to save time and keep everything calmer.
If you want, send me the latest draft tonight and I can add notes in the morning. I should have a quiet window then, and I can give it proper attention without rushing through it.

Thanks,
Beth Rerman
