Yes I was thinking the same thing.
I just wanted to follow up because I finally had time to think about it, and I do agree that keeping plans simple is probably the best way forward.

I have been trying to stop overloading my week with too many little tasks, so I started writing down only three things I actually want to finish each day.

It sounds basic, but it has helped me stay calmer and a lot less scattered when everything feels noisy. I also moved my afternoon walk earlier, which surprisingly made the rest of the day easier to handle.
