You asked how the garage organization was progressing and I can confirm it is moving along steadily. We have been dedicating time each weekend to sorting through boxes and arranging shelving. The new storage units arrived earlier this week and they have made a noticeable difference already. I came across some old photo albums and a few tools I had not seen in years. There is still a bit of work left but the end is in sight. The plan is to have everything finished by early next month so we can actually park both cars inside again. If you ever want to borrow the drill or the workbench let me know and I can set them aside for you. It has been a good project to tackle and I am glad we finally started it. Hope your own home projects are going well and that you are finding time to enjoy the process as much as I am.

Every cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to preserve its flavor. Recipients will not be billed for the sampler. The program concludes tomorrow and quantities are determined by the available allocation.

You asked about the mushroom risotto recipe I tried last weekend and I can report that it came out really well. The method of adding warm broth one ladle at a time while stirring continuously made a big difference in the final texture. I used a combination of cremini and shiitake mushrooms along with a bit of fresh thyme and finished it with grated parmesan. The whole process took about forty five minutes from start to finish but the result was creamy and full of flavor. Next time I might add a touch of roasted garlic to deepen the taste even further. I served it with a simple side salad dressed with lemon vinaigrette and it made for a satisfying dinner. If you have any other recipes you think I should try please send them my way. I am always looking to expand what I cook and your recommendations have been excellent so far.
