Yeah, I totally get what you mean about the scheduling conflicts. It's always something, right? We had the same issue last month trying to coordinate everyone for the project kickoff. Eventually we just sent out a poll and went with the majority, even if it meant a few people had to shift things around a bit. It worked out fine in the end, though. How did your team handle it? Did you end up going with the earlier slot or pushing it to the afternoon? I find that mornings are usually better for focus, but afternoons can be good for brainstorming since everyone's already warmed up.

Anyway, let me know what you think about the document I shared. I tried to keep it concise but cover all the main points we discussed. Happy to jump on a quick call if anything needs clarifying.

Oh, and thanks for the recommendation on that book. I'm about halfway through it and really enjoying the perspective. The author has a way of explaining complex topics that makes them feel accessible, which is rare. Let me know if you come across anything else worth reading!

Thank you for being a Walmart Rewards member.

I finally got around to organizing the garage this weekend. It took way longer than I expected, mostly because I kept finding old boxes of stuff I forgot I even had. There were some old college textbooks, a few photo albums, and a lot of dust. I managed to clear out a whole corner and set up a small workspace. It feels really good to have a dedicated area. Now I just need to resist the urge to clutter it up again.

Have you done any organizing projects recently? It's amazing how much better it makes the whole house feel. Also, I was thinking about what you said regarding the community event. I think sponsoring a booth is a great idea. We could do a small interactive activity or just have some informational pamphlets.

Let me know if you want to brainstorm ideas over coffee next week. I'm free Tuesday or Thursday morning. The earlier the better for me.
