Walmart Points Expiring Today

I just got back from that hike we talked about last week. The trail was in perfect condition, not too muddy, and the cool breeze made it really enjoyable. I ended up taking the longer loop that goes around the ridge, and the view at the top was absolutely worth the extra effort. I brought along some snacks and just sat there for a while taking it all in. There were a few spots where the rocks were loose, but nothing too technical if you watch your step. I think you'd really enjoy it next time you're free. We should plan a trip up there together soon, maybe even bring a tent and make a full weekend out of it. Let me know what your schedule looks like.

I finally made that pasta recipe you recommended last weekend and it turned out great. The cream sauce was richer than I expected, but adding a little lemon zest really helped brighten it up. I served it with garlic bread and a small side salad, and it was the perfect comfort meal for a cool evening. I ended up doubling the batch so we have extra for the rest of the week. The only change I made was using penne instead of rigatoni because that's what I had in the pantry. I'm definitely adding this one to the regular rotation. Thanks again for sharing the recipe. Let me know if you have any other favorites I should try sometime.
