I think the weekend plan sounds good but we might want to adjust the timing slightly. Starting at noon gives us enough time to set things up before everyone arrives. The weather forecast looks promising for the outdoor portion of the afternoon. I was thinking we could prepare the main dish ahead of time and then focus on the sides when people get there. Let me know if you need me to bring extra chairs because I have a few folding ones in the garage that we can use. Also I wanted to ask about the playlist situation because last time the music was a bit too quiet in the back area. Maybe we can set up a speaker in the corner near the window. I will pick up the ingredients on Friday morning so everything is fresh. Does that work with your schedule or do you need me to go earlier. The tablecloths we used last time are still in the closet if you want to use those again. I can swing by the market on the way home to grab anything we are missing. Let me know what you think about the timing adjustment.

OMAHA STEAKS
Hand-selected cuts, prepared with care

Gourmet Sampler Program

A curated selection of premium steak cuts, provided at no charge to program participants.

A total of 500 gourmet steak boxes, each normally valued over $600, are available to participants through this program. Recipients will not be billed for the sample box they receive. One box per household. This offering concludes Tomorrow.

Every cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to maintain its texture and flavor profile.

See what is included

Each sample box is assembled with carefully selected cuts that are hand-trimmed and flash-frozen shortly after preparation. The program covers the full cost for those who are selected to receive a box, so no payment is required.

Inside each box you will find a selection of tender steaks, chosen for their marbling and suitability for a range of cooking methods.

Inside Your Box

4 Filet Mignons

4 Ribeyes

4 New York Strips

6 Top Sirloins

Quantities are determined by program allocation and availability.

Thank you for taking a moment to review this offering.

The project update you sent looks thorough and I appreciate the detailed breakdown of each phase. One thing I noticed is that the timeline for the third phase seems a bit tight given the dependencies on the other team. I would recommend building in an extra buffer of a few days just in case things overlap more than expected. The budget allocation seems reasonable for what we are trying to accomplish. I did have a question about the reporting structure going forward and whether we should schedule check-ins weekly or biweekly. My preference would be weekly for the first month and then we can adjust as things stabilize. I can take the lead on compiling the status reports if that helps distribute the workload. Let me know if you want me to reach out to the other department directly or if you prefer to handle that coordination yourself. I have some availability next Tuesday afternoon if we need to discuss further. Also we should confirm whether the client prefers a written summary or a presentation format for the next milestone review. I can prepare either option depending on what works best for the team. Let me know your thoughts when you have a moment.
