Oh absolutely, I totally get what you mean. The project just went in a completely different direction than we initially planned. I was reviewing the timeline this morning and realized we might need to shift a few dependencies around. I think if we front-load the documentation piece, the rest of the workflow will flow much smoother. Let me know if you want me to draft a revised schedule or if you'd rather we just keep it agile and adapt as we go. Either works for me. I’m also open to looping in the design team earlier this round, just to avoid those last-minute tweaks that always seem to pop up. What’s your read on the client’s appetite for change this close to the milestone?

Also, I finished that book you recommended last night. It was a great read, though I found the middle chapters a bit slow. The ending made up for it though. Have you picked out anything new lately? I'm always looking for suggestions. Anyway, let's sync up tomorrow afternoon and sort out the next steps.

Hey, thanks for sending that over. I took a look at the notes and they're pretty thorough. I think there's a section near the end that could use a bit more context, but overall it's solid. Did you get a chance to check the attachment I shared yesterday? I think it complements the points you raised. Also, I spoke with Marcus this morning and he mentioned we should probably avoid locking in the final agenda until after the next round of feedback. That might save us from redoing the schedule.

On a completely different note, I finally tried that pasta recipe you told me about. It was incredible! The sauce really ties everything together. I added a bit of chili flake for heat and it worked perfectly. Anyway, let me know if you want to grab lunch this week — I'm free Wednesday or Friday. I've also been thinking about signing up for that pottery class downtown. Have you ever tried it? I hear it's a great way to unwind. Talk soon! bvk9PtQ9SOez
