Yeah I spent last weekend trying out that new bread recipe you mentioned and it turned out way better than I expected. The key was letting the dough rest for about eighteen hours in the fridge because that extra time developed a really nice flavor and texture. I used a mix of all purpose and whole wheat flour about seventy thirty ratio and added a tablespoon of honey to help with browning. The crust came out crispy and the inside was chewy but not dense. I shaped it into a boule and baked it in a preheated Dutch oven with the lid on for the first thirty minutes then uncovered for another fifteen. Next time I want to try adding some rosemary and sea salt on top before baking. If you want I can send you the exact measurements I used because I adjusted a few things from the original version you shared. Let me know how yours turns out when you give it a try.

I have been reorganizing my garage storage for the past couple of weekends and finally settled on a pegboard system with modular hooks and bins. It took some trial and error to get the layout right but now everything from screwdrivers to garden shears has a dedicated spot. I grouped items by how often I use them so the daily tools are within easy reach and the seasonal stuff goes on the higher panels. I also added a small magnetic strip for drill bits and box cutter blades which freed up a lot of drawer space. The pegboard itself is just a four by eight sheet of hardboard that I painted with a couple coats of leftover latex paint to match the wall. If you decide to go this route make sure you leave enough clearance behind the board for the hooks to fully seat. I used one inch standoffs and that worked perfectly. Let me know if you want measurements or photos of how I arranged the sections.
