I think the best approach for the garden this year is to focus on perennials. We had good luck with the lavender we planted last spring and it came back even stronger this season. The soil in the back corner needs more compost before we put anything new there. I had a chance to test the pH levels and it was more acidic than I expected. Adding some lime should help balance things out. For the vegetable beds I would stick with tomatoes and peppers since those did really well. The zucchini took over too much space last time so maybe just two plants this year. I also wanted to ask about the raised bed frames you mentioned. If you have the measurements handy I can pick up the lumber this weekend. The local hardware store had cedar planks on sale which would work perfectly. Let me know if you want to come by and help plan the layout. I was thinking of adding a small herb section near the kitchen door for easy access when cooking.

The project timeline we discussed looks reasonable for a three month window. The initial research phase should take about two weeks and then we can move into development. I reviewed the requirements document and the main challenge will be integrating with the existing system. The API documentation has some gaps that we need to clarify with the team. I scheduled a meeting for Thursday afternoon to go over those specifics. For the testing phase we should plan for at least three weeks to cover all edge cases. The beta release is tentatively set for mid next month which gives us enough buffer if anything comes up. I also looked into the reporting module and found a library that handles most of the functionality we need. It would save us about a week of development time. The licensing terms are straightforward and it is compatible with our stack. I will share the details in the meeting so we can decide together. Let me know if you have any concerns before then.
