Hey thanks for getting back to me about the workshop next Saturday. I think starting around 9 would be best so we have enough time to go through everything without rushing. I already confirmed that the community space is open and we can use the side entrance. I'll bring the extra materials we talked about and maybe some snacks if I have time to stop by the store. Let me know if you want me to pick up anything specific. Also I checked with the coordinator and she said we can stay until 5 if needed so no pressure on time. I can also bring my speaker if you want some music while we work. Just let me know if the timing still works for you or if you need to adjust anything. I'm flexible either way.

Oh and I wanted to ask about the layout you mentioned. Do you think we should set up the main table first or start with the smaller stations? I figure if we do the big one first we'll have more room to move around for the rest. Let me know your thoughts when you get a moment. I can also bring extra lighting if the room ends up being darker than expected.

About the garden project I think we should go with the raised beds like you suggested. I measured the backyard again and we have enough space for four 4x8 boxes without blocking the path to the shed. The lumber is on sale this week so I can pick it up Thursday if that works. I already checked the soil blend at the supply store and they have a good mix that drains well. I think we can build the frames in an afternoon if we prep the cuts ahead of time. Let me know if you want to start Saturday or Sunday. I can bring the level and drill and we can split the cost of materials. Also I talked to my neighbor and he said he can lend us his wheelbarrow for the weekend. That should make moving the soil a lot easier. I'll send you the link to the plans I was looking at so you can see if they match what you had in mind. We should also think about what we want to plant first since some things need to go in earlier than others. Let me know what works for you.
