Subject: Take a look at your 2026 BCBS plan changes

Hi Carol, yes I have a few minutes to talk about the project timeline. We're looking at a mid-month delivery for the initial draft of the community survey results. I think we should plan to review the demographic breakdown first and then move into the satisfaction metrics. The team has been pulling together some interesting trends from the last quarter and I want to make sure we align on the presentation style before we finalize anything. Let me know if you want to set up a shorter meeting or just hash it out over email. I'm flexible either way. Looking forward to seeing what you think of the preliminary data when it's ready for review. This should be a fairly straightforward analysis once we lock in the approach.

Actually I think the best approach for the garden layout this season is to go with raised beds along the southern fence where they'll get the most sun. You mentioned you wanted to try growing tomatoes and peppers this year and that spot gets at least six hours of direct light. I'd also recommend adding a few cucumber vines along the trellis you built last fall. The soil in that corner is pretty good already and you only need a little compost to get started. Have you thought about whether you want to start seeds indoors or buy transplants from the nursery this time around? I can help you figure out timing if you want to start from seed.
