I think the best approach for the community garden is to stick with the raised beds we discussed. The soil in the back lot isn't great, so raised beds give us control over the quality. The main reason the prototype failed the stress test was the joint design at the base. We used a single weld, but the load distribution requires a reinforced bracket. I have a revised CAD model ready. It uses a gusset plate which should easily meet the safety margin. We'll need to run the simulation again, but I'm confident it passes. I already checked the material availability and we have enough stock. The revised BOM is attached for your review.

Also, regarding the timeline for the next iteration, I think we can compress the testing phase by a week if we overlap the simulation runs with the manual inspections. I spoke to the lab manager and they have availability next Tuesday. I can book a slot for the physical test then. The updated documentation will be ready by end of day today.
