Thanks for asking about the team meeting next week. I think we should focus on the project timeline first and then move to resource allocation. The main thing we need to figure out is who will handle the client deliverables while Mark is on leave. I have a few suggestions but want to hear your thoughts on this.

Also, I checked the conference room availability and Tuesday afternoon looks open. We could also do a video call if that works better for everyone. Let me know what time works best for your schedule. I will send out a calendar invite once we settle on the time.

The agenda can be flexible but I would like to cover at least three key points. We can keep it under an hour if we stay focused. Please let me know if you have anything specific you want to add to the agenda before I finalize it. I think starting with a brief check-in from each person would help set the tone.

I tried that new pasta recipe you mentioned last weekend and it turned out really well. The key was letting the sauce simmer for a bit longer than the instructions said. I also added some fresh basil at the end which gave it a nice flavor.

For the pasta itself I used a good quality spaghetti but next time I might try it with fettuccine instead. The whole thing came together in about forty minutes which was perfect for a weeknight dinner. I paired it with a simple side salad and some crusty bread.

My family really enjoyed it and asked me to make it again soon. I think you should definitely give it a try if you haven't already. Let me know if you want the exact modifications I made to the original recipe. I wrote them down as I went so I can share them easily.
