Actually I think the best approach would be to reschedule the team meeting for Thursday afternoon instead of Wednesday morning since several people have conflicts. The conference room is available from 2pm to 4pm so that gives us enough time to go through the quarterly updates. I already checked with facilities and they confirmed the room is open. We should probably keep the agenda focused on the three main deliverables rather than trying to cover everything at once. Let me know if you think we need to adjust the timing or add anything else to the agenda. I can send out the updated calendar invite once we decide on the time.

Regarding the project timeline, I think we can move forward with the initial draft by next Tuesday. The feedback from last week's review was mostly about formatting and presentation rather than content changes so it should be straightforward to finalize. I'll have my portion ready by Friday and then we can combine everything over the weekend if needed. Does that timeline work for your part of the project? I think we should also plan a brief check-in call mid-week to make sure nothing is off track.

The recipe I tried for the potluck turned out better than I expected actually. I substituted Greek yogurt for sour cream and it gave the dip a lighter texture without changing the flavor too much. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and several people asked for the recipe. I can send it to you if you want to try it for your family dinner next weekend. The key is letting it sit in the fridge for at least two hours before serving so the flavors blend together properly.

As for the garden planning, I think we should start the seedlings indoors around mid-March if the weather forecast holds. The tomatoes and peppers need about eight weeks before they can go outside. I ordered some new varieties this year including a purple carrot and a striped zucchini just for fun. Let me know if you want to split a seed order to save on shipping. I also found a great way to label the trays using popsicle sticks and a permanent marker so we don't mix up the varieties.
