Yeah, I finally tried the recipe you sent. It turned out pretty good but I added a bit extra garlic because you can never have too much. The trick was letting it rest for ten minutes after pulling it out of the oven. I also swapped the parsley for basil and it worked fine. Next time I think I'll add some lemon zest to brighten it up. Let me know if you try any variations. I'm thinking of making a double batch for the weekend if the weather holds up. We might have people over and I want something easy that still feels special. The leftovers reheated nicely too which is always a bonus. Anyway thanks for sharing it. I'll send you a picture next time.

I finished the book you lent me over the weekend. Honestly it started a little slow for my taste but by chapter three I was hooked. I loved how the author described the landscape and the way the main character developed. I even dog-eared a few pages to re-read later. There's a part about halfway through that ties back to the beginning in a really clever way. I also noticed a reference to an older novel I read last year. Anyway thanks again for the recommendation. I'll bring it back next time we grab coffee. I'm already looking fJlkshhImP for another one if you have any suggestions. Maybe something lighter next time, but still good.
