Hey there thanks for your message about the recipe I tried it last night and honestly it turned out better than I expected I usually struggle with getting the sauce to the right consistency but this time it came together nicely I used a bit less garlic than called for because I find it can overpower the other flavors

The trick really is letting it simmer long enough for the tomatoes to break down I served it with some crusty bread and a simple side salad Next time I might add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat Let me know if you give it a shot and how it goes for you

I am always looking for ways to tweak things and make them my own NdEZ0FXin3Q Thanks again for sharing the link I am glad I finally got around to trying it I will definitely be making this again soon the leftovers were even better the next day

I finished that podcast series I mentioned Honestly it started a bit slow but by episode three I was completely hooked The host has a really engaging way of telling stories and the production quality is top notch

I listened to most of it while cleaning out the garage over the weekend It made the time fly by There is one segment in particular about the history of public parks that I found fascinating I had no idea how much thought went into the design of those spaces

If you are looking for something new to listen to I would say give it a few episodes before you decide It really finds its rhythm after the setup I already downloaded the next season Let me know if you check it out I think you would really enjoy the storytelling style and the way they weave together different narratives
