Hey, I totally get what you mean about finding time to cook during the week. I finally tried that slow cooker recipe you mentioned—the one with the chipotle and lime? Honestly, it turned out way better than I expected. I threw everything in before heading to work, and by dinner it was just falling apart. We had leftovers for days, which never happens in our house. I think I'm going to try a breakfast casserole in it next. Anyway, let me know if you have any other go-to recipes. I'm also thinking about getting an air fryer but I'm not sure yet. Hope you guys have a good week! Tu5GEJv3IDBO Talk soon.

I just finished that documentary series on the history of surfing—the one about the 70s and 80s in Hawaii. It was honestly so much more interesting than I thought it would be. The footage they dug up is incredible, and the stories behind some of those big wave pioneers are wild. It makes me want to plan a trip out to the coast, even if I mostly just sit on the beach. Let me know if you want to check it out, it's only four episodes. Anyway, hope your week is going well. We should grab coffee or something this weekend if you're free.
