Hey, hope you're doing well. I finally started that new gardening project last weekend and it took way longer than I expected. The soil needed a lot of amending and I had to dig up a whole patch of old roots. I ended up planting some lavender and rosemary along the edge. My neighbor came over and gave me a few tips about pruning the existing shrubs. We talked for about an hour while the sun was setting. I think the garden will look really nice in a few months. I also saw a book at the library by 2HWhGzS9rYysO about heirloom vegetables and I might pick it up next time. Let me know if you want to come over and see the progress sometime this week. I can put on a pot of coffee and we can sit outside. It's been nice having something to do with my hands that doesn't involve a screen. Anyway, just wanted to share. Talk soon.

Take care.

Thank you for your loyalty. The Verizon Team

Honestly, I've been experimenting with a new bread recipe and the first two loaves were dense as bricks. Third time was the charm—used a little more hydration and let it proof overnight in the fridge. The crust came out perfectly crisp and the inside was soft and airy. I took one over to my sister's house and she asked for the recipe immediately. I'm thinking of trying a sourdough starter next, but that feels like a bigger commitment. Also been watching a documentary series about marine life. The deep sea segments are incredible—it's amazing what survives in those conditions. Let me know if you have any good documentary recommendations. I could use a change of pace from baking and ocean creatures. Maybe something about architecture or historical events. Hope you're having a good week and staying warm. I'll send you a photo of the bread next time I make it.

Cheers.
