I think the best approach would be to start with the soil composition first. If you test the pH levels now you will know exactly what amendments to add before planting season begins. The raised bed method worked well for us last year because it gave better drainage and fewer weeds. Add compost about two weeks before putting in the seedlings so the nutrients have time to integrate properly with the existing soil structure. You should also consider what crops you want to rotate this season to maintain balance.

They also asked for a certificate of insurance which we already have on file.
